That Sinking Feeling

Atkinson's article focuses on the role of trees in the creation and sequestration of CO2. Or, as Atkinson wrote, "We dig fossil fuel out of the ground, burn it, and fill the atmosphere with carbon dioxide—and the trees soak it right back up." Right?
