Johannes Feddema, Testimony before the House Committee on Energy and Utilities

Feddema's presentation focuses on the impact of CO2 in the atmosphere. More specifically, Feddema briefly discusses how the atmosphere functions and what different gases and processes do in the atmosphere and how changes in those gases and processes effect the planet.
