Isn’t climate change just another environmental issue? Why should I get involved?
Browse by category
As humans, we are part of our environment. What affects the environment also affects us. Climate change is a much broader problem than mainstream understandings of “environmental” issues, which are often construed as partisan. Climate change is much bigger than partisan battles; it transcends debates over politics, religion, or other categories of human understanding. We are all in this together.

It is not necessarily a question of whether you get involved in climate change – you already are involved. It will affect you no matter what you do. The question is really whether (and how) you choose to shape the nature of your involvement.

As you make your decisions, CEP can help. We tell you how climate change affects you, we can give you the information and tools you need to help solve the problem, and we can encourage you to connect with other people who care.
