Kinsley citizens are working on several key programs to win the Take Charge Challenge:
1. How$mart efficiency improvements - with Midwest Energy Cooperative's How$mart program 2. "Bright Lights of Kinsley" - a CFL challenge 3. "Energy-Saving Students" - a phantom load awareness program with Kinsley schools 4. Weatherization projects - partnerships with USDA and state Weatherization Assistance Program
