About Kansas IPL - Who is involved in this exciting effort?

Kansas Interfaith Power and Light formed in August of 2008 to assist Kansas congregations as they put their faith into action on climate change. Download a .pdf of our one page brochure.

Our Mission Statement:

Kansas Interfaith Power and Light seeks to engage faith communities in environmental stewardship and sustainable practices through the promotion of energy conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. We believe the threat of global climate change calls us to action.


Kansas IPL is the 28th state to join this nationwide religious response to climate change. To read more about the 4,000 congregations and 27 other states involved in this effort, visit The Regeneration Project.
